Object of the treatment
The Holder processes personal data, identifying and not particular (by way of example but not exhaustively, name, surname, address, telephone, email - later, "personal data" or even "data") communicated by the Interested person during the compilation of the registration form through this site at the cat show organized by the owner.
Purpose of the treatment
Personal data are processed:
A) without the express consent for the following purposes:
• manage and follow up the request to participate in the feline exhibition organized by the owner;
• fulfill the administrative, tax and tax obligations required by law, regulations and current rules;
• fulfill the obligations related to the management of the event;
• exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to exercise a right in Court.
B) with specific and distinct consent for sending by e-mail information and communications relating to the event organized by the Data Controller.
Method of treatment
For the processing of personal data under the law, we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated purposes, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, processing , modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and distribution of data. The Data Controller shall ensure that the processing of data will be carried out through the use of appropriate procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illegal use and dissemination, in compliance with the limits and conditions set forth in EU Regulation 2016/679.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.
Access to data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in points A and B to collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as agents and / or internal data processors.
Without the express consent of the interested party, the Data Controller may communicate the data collected to third parties and / or recipients whose activity is necessary for the performance of the aforementioned purposes and to meet legal obligations such as: third party suppliers, credit, bank / postal, external professionals / consultants and consulting firms, financial administration, public bodies, judicial authorities, supervisory and control bodies, as well as all other parties to whom communication is mandatory by law.
The management and storage of personal data will take place in Italy. The data will not be transferred outside to the European Union.
Data retention period
The personal data collected will be processed and stored for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes at the end of which will be deleted or made anonymous within the time established by law. If the withdrawal of consent to the specific treatment by the interested party intervenes, the data will be deleted or made anonymous within 72 hours from the receipt of the revocation.
Personal data will in any case, be kept in accordance with the terms established by current legislation for the exclusive purpose of guaranteeing the specific requirements of certain Services and for the fulfillment of obligations (for example, tax and accounting) that remain after the realization of the cat show.
Nature of providing data and consequences of refusing to answer
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point A is mandatory and their failure, partial or inaccurate conferment may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of carrying out the activity indicated in point A nor to the obligations connected to it.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point B is optional. The interested party can therefore decide not to give consent to the processing of data: in this case, he / she will not be able to receive e-mail information and communications relating to the event organized by the Data Controller.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party, has the rights set out in articles 13 (paragraph 2), 15, 17, 18, 19 and 21 of the GDPR here summarized in the following points:
• The right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered and to have their communication in an intelligible form;
• The right to ask the Data Controller to access personal data, to integrate it, to correct it, to delete it or limit its processing or to oppose its processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on www.garanteprivacy.it

The Owner does not intentionally collect personal information related to minors. In the event that information on minors were unintentionally registered, the Data Controller will delete them in a timely manner, at the request of the interested party.
